Museum of London (150 London Wall, London) — this is the world’s largest urban museum, with many historic objects and exhibitions chronicling London’s past. Exhibits cover prehistoric London, the city under Roman rule, and the grandeur of medieval London. There’s also the new Galleries of Modern London, from 1666 to the present. Admission: free. Hours: 10 am – 6 pm (daily).
